Confirm the exact product
Photographs may present several colours or motifs in one design family. Specify the photograph and variant you need. Request confirmation of composition, backing, overall and usable dimensions, repeat, selling unit, quantity and care information. Do not derive final dimensions from a folder name or a screen image.
Samples and colour approval
Request a sample quotation before confirming a bulk order. Availability, charges and delivery are confirmed individually. Screens and lighting can change the apparent shade. Approve a physical reference when colour and texture are important.
Commercial terms
Prices, currency, minimum quantities, stock, lead times, packing, delivery charges, customs responsibilities, payment arrangements and any returns or claims process must be agreed in the written quotation or order confirmation. No universal price or delivery promise is made by this catalogue.
